Is there a trial version?
Yes, you can download a trial version. It's free for the first 14 days with all features unlocked.
How is my payment processed?
All payments are processed through Paddle, an authorized and secure payment processing platform. I never get access to your personal information or credit card details. Charge on your card will appear as "VDEMEDES".
What payment methods are available?
You can buy Darkmatter via a credit or debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Price is in USD. VAT may apply.
Where can I find my license?
After a successful purchase, the license key will be displayed in the checkout flow and it will also be emailed to you afterwards. Make sure to also check your spam folder just in case.
Can I buy Darkmatter for my team?
Of course! Each license can be activated on one device, but you can buy additional seats for $20/seat in the license manager. The same license can be activated with the same key on as many devices as your license allows.
What happens a year after purchase?
Darkmatter will continue to work as before with the version you will have installed and it won't annoy you to buy another license. However, to continue receiving latest updates, you will need to renew your license for another year.
Does Darkmatter work on Windows or Linux?
No, Darkmatter is available only for Mac.
What if I don't like it?
Email me at vadim@getdarkmatter.dev within 30 days of your purchase and I will send you a refund, no questions asked.
